The Benefits Technology Administration Associate will configure and oversee a cloud-based benefits administration tool while building relationships with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities
Maintain documentation on workflows, procedures, and protocols
Retrieve web-based data
Prepare data for loading by entering submitted data into standardized format
Configure open enrollment lifecycle to ensure it meets the customer’s workflow needs
User interface testing and data validation
Serve as the Ben Admin platform single point of contact for customers post-implementation including expansion and issue escalation
Build relationships with stakeholders to facilitate successful solutions
Ensure the protection and security of a consumer’s personal, confidential and identifiable information in a professional and responsible manner, according to the standards and requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
Navigate platform resources, helping customers maximize the use of platform
Meet or exceed department goals as defined
Complete other duties and projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Driven, self-motivated, and disciplined with a positive attitude
Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments at one time
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
2+ years with Employee Navigator experience, highly preferred
Current life and health insurance license, preferred
2 years' work experience in a broker agency, benefit administration firm, carrier or TPA, preferred
