Responsibilities

Prospect and qualify new partnership opportunities through phone and email outreach
Onboard and train new partners on company processes, workflows, and systems
Manage ongoing partner relationships and serve as a primary point of contact
Coordinate with junior and senior underwriting teams to help move funding deals forward
Track activity, performance, and trends to identify growth opportunities within partner accounts
Share market and partner feedback with leadership to improve processes and offerings
Travel to partner meetings and industry conferences as needed

Required

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfort speaking with partners and customers by phone and email

Ability to build rapport with people at various levels of an organization
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and accept coaching
Basic proficiency with CRM systems, Excel, and Microsoft Office tools

Preferred

0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service
Bachelor's degree
Experience supporting accounts or partner relationships
Exposure to financial services or B2B environments
