Responsibilities
Drive development, coordination, and delivery of regional/global sustainability and AI learning programs
Act as primary point of contact for business line learning needs; share best practices and advocate for programs
Collaborate with instructional designers and internal stakeholders to develop programs (briefs, scripts, filming)
Own project plans and execution timelines
Motivate and engage learners to embed new skills into their work
Monitor, track, and report learning program performance metrics; use analytics to recommend improvements
Facilitate live learning sessions (virtual and/or in-person) as required
Qualification
Required
Prior Project Management experience
End-to-end Project Management in L&D and sustainability learning programs
Stakeholder management at all levels
Relationship management and coordination across global teams
Prior experience in developing, coordinating, and delivering sustainability and AI-focused learning programs
Deep understanding of sustainability topics, net zero carbon, and how they apply to the built environment
Ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups and seniority levels
Strong understanding of sustainability, net zero, and their application within business operations
Skilled in using content resources/technology to deliver accessible, global learning programs
Demonstrated ability to work independently, drive rapid project execution, and maintain high standards
