Responsibilities
Responsible for meticulous upkeep and trash removal of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and community common areas
Assist in the cleaning and preparation of units including trash removal from vacant apartments
Complete weather preparation and clean up as needed
Organize, maintain, and utilize provided supplies in a cost-effective manner
Present an appearance appropriate to the image of the company
Complete additional tasks or duties assigned by community leadership
Qualification
Required
Minimum of one year of Porter experience
High school education or equivalent
Accurately perform basic mathematical functions
Physical demands may include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands
Ability to climb occasionally
Ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
Ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms
Availability to work extended/flexible hours and weekends as needed
Commitment to ongoing professional development and career growth
Regular attendance and active participation/planning at company functions and events
Preferred
Beginner computer and Internet knowledge
Ability to use on-site resident management software
