Responsibilities

Analyze and evaluate user business problems and develop system recommendations to meet requirements
Analyze current and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems
Coordinate with business and technology teams to ascertain system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, execution of user acceptance, and may coordinate testing and system controls
Work independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables
Responsible for entire projects or processes within a technical area
Typically responsible for coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level technical staff
Develop technical solutions that require collaboration with internal experts, deep analyses and understanding of impact on end-product/solution
Develop solutions to technical problems and issues that are unclear and require deep technical knowledge
Communicate with internal and client project team members
Work to influence team members regarding solution design, process and/or approaches

Required

Typically requires BS and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience
Requires deep understanding of and ability to apply principles, theories, and concepts of technical domain and has broad understanding of other related specialty areas
Analyzes current and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems
Duties include coordinating with business and technology teams to ascertain system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, execution of user acceptance, and may coordinate testing and system controls
