Responsibilities
Perform preventive care, routine maintenance and upkeep on generators
Oil and filter changes
Battery tests and replacements
Cleaning units, checking wiring and voltage
Use company-provided iPad to log details/issues and customer interactions
Provide clear, courteous communication with customers and service team
Maintain a stocked, clean company vehicle
Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures at all times
Qualification
Required
Entry to Mid-Level generator maintenance experience
Willingness to become certified—training provided
Mechanical and electrical experience
Comfortable working independently and communicating directly with customers
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment (minimum of 50 pounds)
Willingness to work flexible hours
