Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end delivery of medium to large cross‑functional programs, managing scope, schedule, risks, and stakeholder expectations from inception through deployment
Drive planning, execution, and status tracking across engineering, product, and operational teams while ensuring alignment with Agile or Hybrid SDLC practices
Identify program risks and issues early, implement mitigation strategies, and course‑correct to maintain delivery momentum in fast‑paced environments
Facilitate communication across teams and present clear, executive‑ready updates to leadership and large groups
Coordinate dependencies across engineering streams, ensuring milestones, integrations, and deliverables are completed on time
Build strong cross‑functional relationships, promote accountability, and ensure programs remain on track with minimal oversight

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
7–10 years of experience in technical program management within fast‑paced, cross‑functional engineering environments
Strong ability to lead medium‑to‑large programs end‑to‑end, managing scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies across engineering and product teams
Proven experience working with Agile/Hybrid SDLC methodologies and delivering programs in retail, e‑commerce, or Mac/iOS technology environments
