Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and manage purchase orders within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Communicate purchase order status, updates, and transportation details with agents, internal stakeholders, and external vendors
Maintain and update the master order tracker daily, ensuring all purchase order details reflect the most current factory data
Track and update customer-facing order and backorder dates to ensure accurate receipt forecasts and delivery expectations
Negotiate pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules with vendors and partners
Coordinate the inbound flow of goods from international and domestic factories (Japan, China, Italy, and the United States) to company fulfillment centers
Develop, distribute, and maintain operational reports and analytics related to orders, inventory, and logistics performance
Monitor freight provider costs and performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and service improvements
Maintain strong relationships with freight providers and support rate negotiations as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, finance, or data analytics
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and reconcile data across multiple systems
Comfortable entering, analyzing, and retrieving data from various platforms and tools
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to shifting deadlines
Proactive communicator who is comfortable following up with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience with NetSuite, Google Workspace, and Airtable is a plus
