Responsibilities

Global Account Leadership: Grow our revenue with existing customers and enter new logos. Serve as the senior customer-facing representative for critical global accounts, developing strategies to identify upsell opportunities and drive global adoption
German Market Lead: Drive business development and client engagement across German pharmaceutical affiliates, acting as the primary lead for the DACH region
C-Suite Stakeholder Management: Build enduring trust with senior decision-makers, including Commercial Operations VPs, Global IT Heads, and Brand Leaders across Europe
Strategic Positioning: Align the organization behind your client's vision and prepare the market the launch of a major new PeakData product
Cross-Functional Innovation: Work alongside our Data, Product, and Engineering teams. You will act as the 'voice of the customer,' directly influencing our product roadmap to ensure we stay miles ahead of legacy competitors
Targeting & Closing: Identify and close high-impact opportunities with local stakeholders, including Heads of IT, Business Unit Heads, and Launch Leads

Qualification

Required

8+ years of experience, including a proven track record in a Director-level Business Development, Strategic Account, or Client Relations role selling to enterprises in life science
A strong existing network within Commercial Operations, IT, or Marketing at major pharmaceutical companies
Exceptional communication and presentation skills; comfortable leading high-stakes discussions with executive teams
A high degree of intellectual curiosity and the ability to articulate the value and compliance of our AI solutions
You thrive in an environment that challenges you to grow, navigating complex decision-making environments at clients
Proactive self-starter who thrives in a 'hands-on' environment and is keen to build a company, not just manage a territory
Based in Germany with willingness to travel throughout the region and Europe for face-to-face engagement

Preferred

Big plus if you previously sold either a data product, an AI product or a software product
Big plus if you previously worked in pharma services, consulting or pharma
