Champion company culture and people operations, including hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement (BambooHR)
Design, document, and continuously improve scalable company processes
Own the operations budget and oversee facilities and workplace planning
Lead vendor, procurement, logistics, and access management processes
Coach and develop teams across procurement, fulfillment, and office operations
Translate company strategy into clear operational priorities
Qualification
Required
Experience in operations, people operations, or business management
Proven people leadership with direct reports
Strong process design and communication skills
Preferred
Vendor or procurement management experience
Experience in a small-to-mid-sized organization (20–100 employees)
