Responsibilities
Performs detailed financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions across departments and entities
Develops, monitors, and reports on key financial metrics, providing variance analysis, forecasting, and recommendations for improvement
Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities
Supports the budgeting process, including compiling financial data, developing projections, and assisting with departmental and organizational budget preparation
Conducts scenario analysis to assess the financial impact of strategic decisions, investments, and operational changes
Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and clinical departments, to ensure financial goals are met and initiatives are aligned with the overall organizational strategy
Provides decision support to senior leadership through financial reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis, offering insights into business performance
Ensures financial data integrity by maintaining and improving financial reporting tools, systems, and processes
Stays current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes that impact financial reporting and analysis
Identifies and implements process improvements to streamline financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting procedures
Supports special projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
4-6 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a healthcare or related industry
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and complex data analysis
Familiarity with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Master's Degree
Knowledge of healthcare financial practices and regulatory requirements
