Legal Office Coordinator
LHH is partnering with an international law firm in San Francisco, CA to find an Office Coordinator who will support daily administrative operations and client events. The role involves ensuring smooth office operations, providing administrative support, and contributing to the success of internal meetings and events in a collaborative legal environment.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the office and Partner in Charge
Assist with planning and executing in-house client meetings and events
Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
Support expense reporting and invoice entry
Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
Coordinate visitor access, meeting room reservations, and catering logistics
Serve as the first point of contact for clients and guests, ensuring a positive first impression
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role in a legal or professional services setting required, ideally within a global law firm
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal communication, grammar, and phone etiquette
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
Preferred
Familiarity with conference room scheduling software and phone console systems
