Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day program operations across multiple sub-projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment to program objectives and governance expectations
Provide leadership to Project Managers, Working Groups, and Project Teams to ensure cross-stream integration, issue resolution, and delivery consistency
Develop and maintain program-level plans and schedules, managing dependencies, risks, and resource constraints across workstreams
Provide program-wide updates, reporting, and materials for executive sponsors and Steering Committee meetings
Identify and manage program-level risks, escalating issues appropriately and supporting mitigation planning across workstreams
Support resource planning and optimization across multiple concurrent initiatives to ensure delivery timelines are met
Facilitate critical meetings, executive sessions, workshops, and working groups to ensure shared understanding and decision-making
Partner with internal leaders and external SI teams to coordinate delivery, track progress, and maintain execution rigor across the program
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience leading complex programs in IT, healthcare, workforce management, HR systems, or business process transformation
Proven experience working with System Integrators on SaaS implementations involving complex integration requirements
Strong experience developing and executing program plans with complex data integrations and multiple dependencies
Executive-level communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership and steering committees
Exceptional ability to manage ambiguity, drive issue resolution, and lead cross-functional collaboration with minimal supervision
Able to travel onsite as needed for critical project events and stakeholder sessions
Preferred
Strong knowledge of workforce management systems (WFM), HCMS, HR processes, and/or cloud-based multi-tenant solutions
Healthcare experience, particularly in highly regulated, multi-stakeholder environments
