Qualification
Required
Proven experience in recruiting management or leadership-level talent, preferably in a multi-location or national setting
Strong background in passive sourcing; you know how to identify, engage, and win over top talent
Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
A proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
