Responsibilities
Manage and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance
Monitor and troubleshoot network issues to ensure minimal downtime
Ensure compliance with network security standards and protocols
Lead and execute network projects at CNH locations, primarily North America
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables
Oversee project progress, ensuring successful completion within scope and budget
Design, implement, and optimize network architecture to meet current and future business needs
Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing infrastructure
Build and maintain strong relationships with plant users, addressing their network-related needs effectively
Provide technical support and training to ensure smooth plant operations
Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and incident reports
Prepare and present reports on network performance and project status to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in LAN/WAN and Network Security Operations Support
Proven track record in managing and delivering network projects in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of IT network architecture and security principles
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in network hardware, software, and security protocols
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex network issues and implement effective solutions
Project Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills for effective collaboration
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize, make decisions under pressure, and lead teams through change
Preferred
Experience in lieu of qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a related field
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent
