Process vendor invoices and payments
Maintain and reconcile accounts payable records
Work close with the AP team and internal departments
Assist the AP team with Month-end close and audits
Support Ad-hoc Account projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in accounting or related field
Experience with automated AP system
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to Work collaboratively as part of an AP Team to ensure the team meets deadlines
Preferred
1-2 years of accounting experience
Sage Intacct experience
