Responsibilities
Own the Process: Independently manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles across departments
Create with Impact: Write job descriptions that attract mission-aligned talent — no approvals needed, your judgment leads the way
Screen and Select: Review applications, evaluate candidates, and determine who should move forward in the process
Coordinate with Purpose: Arrange interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience
Partner Strategically: Work closely with the Lead Recruiter to refine processes and recruitment strategy while maintaining full ownership of your hires
Elevate Our Culture: Identify candidates who not only meet the role’s needs but also enhance our collaborative and impact-driven community
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced, impact-driven environments
Proactive and confident in decision-making
Ability to thrive in an environment with full trust and no micromanagement
Strong communication skills to articulate roles clearly and build rapport with candidates and team members
Belief in the power of purpose and desire to use recruitment expertise to drive real-world change
