New Grad, Entry LevelMindlance is a company focused on improving database management. The MRO Data Analyst will work on enhancing the database for maintenance, repair, and operations items, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Responsibilities
Finding and fixing inaccurate or incomplete data, often through internet research or using resources provided by suppliers and manufacturers
Sorting MRO items into different categories
Checking if MRO items already exist in our system, then updating data or making new records as needed
Using our tool "Integrity" to add new items, update items, and make changes
Meeting goals set by the Project Manager
Up-to-date and accurate data in place of incorrect or missing information
Correct categorization of MRO items, and important details added
Data from old records included in our item details
Relevant extra data added to new and updated items
Items needing more research identified and noted
Weekly/monthly goals met as set by the Project Manager
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented
Organized
Able to meet deadlines
Experience with data cleaning and management
Ability to conduct internet research
Familiarity with database systems
Experience using data management tools
Ability to categorize items accurately
Ability to work onsite Monday through Wednesday
Ability to attend mandatory in-person meetings
