Technical Support Analyst

Genesis10 is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the Associate Support Engineer I who will join the Field Experience team, providing technical support for the Complex Planning Experience (PX) platform. The role is ideal for someone who loves problem-solving, learning new technologies, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide omni-channel technical support to Home Office and Field users, including troubleshooting PC, mobile device, hardware, software, and LAN issues
Conduct initial client experience consultations, applying functional and technical knowledge to analyze problems, develop solutions, and test fixes for first-contact resolution
Handle multiple tasks such as managing simultaneous chat sessions and adjusting priorities as business needs change
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and expand cross-functional technical knowledge
Identify and propose service or process improvement ideas with a continuous learning mindset
Build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external teams
Participate in temporary project or support assignments as required
Leverage communication channels and knowledge management systems to resolve issues and enhance the overall client experience

Required

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field OR equivalent relevant work experience
Minimum 2 years of technical Help Desk experience required
Advanced troubleshooting skills for computers, mobile devices, and software, including experience with support tools
Strong customer service orientation with professional communication skills—both verbal and written—tailored to various audiences
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and proficiency in accurate, clear ticket documentation
Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, technology-driven environment
Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position
Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no corp-to-corp)
