Responsibilities

Provide a wide variety of professional administrative support under limited direction to leaders, colleagues or groups in the organization
Competent in scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, ordering food/drink, and managing the visitor process. May attend meetings to assist with presenting materials or taking notes
Complete expense reports for self and others and submit on behalf of leader and/or team. Monitor and track expenses against budgets; resolve discrepancies and provide reports to cost center owner or budget manager
Demonstrate good problem-solving skills. Capable of prioritizing competing requests successfully and multi-tasking. Demonstrate comfort and skill when using technology. Strong organization and time management skills. Good planning skills and ability to anticipate needed resources. Able to adapt to change
Good team player and a fixer. Help troubleshoot issues and serve as a point person for questions or guidance. May act as department focal point with external vendors, service providers, etc
Maintain and add documents into SharePoint sites and Teams. Act as the technical office equipment focal point to enable daily effectiveness
Teach and coach others how to use standard office equipment and software systems. Maintain documents and records in accordance with company guidelines
Engage in onboarding of new employees and contractors into the plant/department
Lead overall ODMS "maintain" efforts for the business in the department
Coordinate and work with other ODMS support and implementation roles to "implement" and "maintain" the ODMS. Specifically owning the WebEDMS, and MOC tools
Act as the organization subject matter expert for the overall management system

Required

A minimum of a High School diploma or GED equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in a professional business role, such as administrative assistant, project coordinator, event coordinator, project management, administrative role within the military, or similar type role
Experience with all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Must possess a TWIC card or be eligible to obtain a TWIC card
A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process
