Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering and project management, preferably within the AEC consulting industry
Professional Engineer (PE) license in a U.S. state, with the expectation to secure licensure in North Dakota promptly
Proficiency in project management software
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Strong leadership skills
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written communication abilities
Excellent verbal communication abilities
Sound technical fundamentals encompassing hydrology and hydraulics
Creative engineering design and problem-solving skills
