Keying in and keeping track of key maintenance data and documents
Enter invoices into system and maintain records
Enter work orders into system and maintain records
Keeping track of items being shipped and delivered
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School graduate or equivalent required
Valid IN driver's license required

Must be knowledgeable of computers and working with applications for tracking documents
Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Office applications

Must adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and is able to deal with frequent changes, delays or unexpected events
