R&D Program Manager

Responsibilities
Program management of Government lab CRAD programs and internal R&D (IRAD) portfolios
Capturing CRAD funding opportunities
Leading cross-discipline technical teams in the development of advanced solutions
Building strong working team relationships throughout the organization
Demonstrating ability to work across organizational boundaries and jurisdictions
Developing and transitioning advanced technology to Lockheed Martin platforms/systems as well as opportunities for adjacencies
Qualification
Required
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access
Experience in program management and subcontract management for remote teams in different locations
Experience in authoring proposals and leading Government CRAD proposal teams
Demonstrated experience of engineering R&D projects in technology areas such as: Power Electronics and Power Systems, Radio-Frequency (RF) technology, digital and analog electronics, advanced materials, or advanced packaging
Knowledge of technologies and products similar to or related to Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control programs (for example sensors, Defense platforms, missiles, etc.)
Preferred
Preferred work locations are Orlando, FL, Dallas, TX or Santa Barbara, CA. However other locations will be considered
