Director, On Campus Recruiting - Athletics

Responsibilities

Organizes and executes all on campus recruiting visits, including game day. Communicates the arrangement of the visits and itineraries with the entire football program personnel, included on campus departments and UTSA Compliance office
Supervises all on-campus recruiting including visit and event itineraries. Coordinate and prioritize all prospect meetings with Head Coach during recruiting events such as Junior Days, Game Days, Official Visits, etc
Assists with developing the best and most efficient Recruiting Operation in the nation
Assists with overseeing the transfer portal and providing updated lists to the coaching staff
Provides coaches with High School's previous game results and upcoming game information
Prepares paperwork and required information for all official and unofficial visit to the compliance office
Manages Coaches' recruiting assistants as it relates to official and unofficial visits
Assists Director of Recruiting with organizing and executing official visits
Assists with managing ARMS Database
Develops nametags and lanyards for official and unofficial visits
Organizes all campus tours
Reserves golf carts used in recruiting and ensuring they are properly maintained by the Athletic Department
Follows all rules of the University of Texas at San Antonio, UTSA Athletics, UTSA Football, and the NCAA
Performs other duties as assigned by Head Coach

Required

Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Two (2) years of related work experience
This position requires the ability to maintain the security and integrity of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
