Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction, technical leadership, and operational oversight to guide the engineering team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive innovation, ensure product quality, and achieve business objectives
Promote and develop customer relationships and other key personnel to achieve the goals of the job
Assist in developing and designing die cast dies, precision machined components for various industries, and tooling components to meet customer specifications and company standards
Oversee the planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery of Engineering projects
People management and coaching
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Solid Modeling, GD&T, Drafting and Product Design
Must be Team focused and Oriented
Communicates clearly (written and oral) with other company personnel and the customer as required
Strong computer skills with MS office applications
Technical Leadership and problem solving
Oversee the planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery of Engineering projects
People management and coaching
Strong organizational, problem solving, and decision-making skills
U.S. Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required
Preferred
6+ Years experience Die Cast or Mold Design experience
Must have knowledge of working with Aerospace Components, DOD, and working with MIL specifications
Minimum 6 Years experience in CAD (SIEMENS NX / UNIGRAPHICS, OR SOLID WORKS)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience
