Expected to follow all safety rules and policies and work in a manner that protects themselves and other stakeholders from hazards and injuries
Review finished goods/provide open order reports/order status to customers
Provide all necessary forms
Initiate contract review for new business
Maintain records and provide reports as required
Summarize standard capabilities and lead times for customers
Convey customer needs to remainder of organization
Provide metal value firming calculation and the development of corresponding agreements
Oversee individual customer program activities
Provide pricing, reviewing of orders, and handling customer complaints
Any other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
