The role involves providing hands-on design and production work for corporate collateral while collaborating with various department clients to meet design objectives.

Responsibilities
Provides hands-on design and production work for corporate collateral using the full suite of Adobe software, as well as Word, PPT, Visio and new media
Collaborates with a diverse group of department clients on design objectives, adapting communication style accordingly and demonstrating understanding of project scope including purpose, components, target audience, medium, stakeholders and turnaround time
Works effectively as part of a team towards meeting design, production and operational goals as directed by the Sr. Graphics Manager
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience across media: print, web and evolving new media in a PC environment
Thorough knowledge and understanding of both traditional and digital print production requirements, and ability to interface with printing professionals
Expertise in technical file requirements of new media (web, e-mail, interactive) and ability to interact with IT
Expert proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash and Fireworks
Expert proficiency in PowerPoint, Visio and Word
Availability for evening and weekend overtime work
Excellent communication (oral, written and visual) and presentation skills
Preferred
Proficiency in CSS, HTML and Action Scripts/ J Query, Java Script
Proficiency in video editing/production and relevant software (After Effects, Final Cut, etc.)
Studio-quality portrait-retouching skills
Bachelor's degree in advertising design, graphic design, visual design or communications design
