Responsibilities

Creates and manages detailed project plans; creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources
Delegating tasks on the project to team members’ best positioned to complete them
Holding team members accountable for deliverables and due dates
Proactively communicate project progress and anticipated delays with recommendations to course correct project
Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders
Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved
Determine how results will be measured and complete a post-project evaluation to determine how well results were achieved

Required

Five (5) plus year of project management experience

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly desired
Healthcare experience is a plus
Strong Smartsheet experience and skillset
Imaging/Radiology experience a plus
Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., agile/scrum)
