Manage and oversee TvT workload
Script writing
Spot production
Ensure proper usages of provided toolkits/assets
Manage a team of Creative Directors and Writer/Producers
Mentor and help the writer/producer grow, with the ultimate goal being a Creative Director position
Improve overall quality of TvT work coming out of Charlotte
Improve career path and creative growth of Charlotte Creative Team
Qualification
Required
Vast management experience
Knowledge of production process - script writing, design, audio, budgeting, scheduling
Leadership, managerial, and organizational skills
Able to work weekends and evenings as needed, and travel to Charlotte as needed
