They are seeking a Clinical Education & Professional Practice Training Coordinator responsible for managing training programs, professional practice initiatives, and student placements for clinical staff and nursing students.

Responsibilities

Coordinating and managing training programs, professional practice initiatives, and student placements for both clinical staff and nursing students
Overseeing CPR/ALS/PALS and CPI training programs
Serving as the primary liaison with external training contractors and academic institutions
Supporting educational and onboarding programs across the hospital, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and fostering a culture of professional development
Providing administrative support, equipment maintenance, and assisting with event coordination and special programs for the Professional Practice team
Acting as a bridge between internal hospital teams, external contractors, and academic institutions, managing technical, logistical, and educational aspects of various training programs

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience in project or program coordination, preferably within a healthcare setting
CPR instructor certification within 1 year
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate with a wide range of teams
Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS), Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and other educational software
Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
Ability to meet consistent and punctual attendance
Must have excellent presentation skills
Ability to interact with colleagues, supervisors and customers face to face
Skill to use a personal computer and various software packages

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Education or related field
Leadership, LEAN Methodology
