Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance on all Front End machinery
Greasing the specified grease points
Alignment of the machines
Replace worn/damage tooling
Maintain records of tooling usage per machine
Rebuild/Repair equipment
Identify leaks in the system
Ability to read blueprints/drawings (DWGs)
Work within tolerances - Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment
Help train other employees on how to troubleshoot
Perform any other duty reasonable corresponding with the role
Qualification
Required
Perform preventative maintenance on all Front End machinery
Greasing the specified grease points
Alignment of the machines
Replace worn/damage tooling
Maintain records of tooling usage per machine
Rebuild/Repair equipment
Identify leaks in the system
Ability to read blueprints/drawings (DWGs)
Work within tolerances - Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment
Help train other employees on how to troubleshoot
Vocational education a plus (Mechanical, Technical or similar)
Experience in a Manufacturing facility is a plus
Intermediate knowledge of US measurement
Trouble shoot machinery when out of specification
Experience with calipers, dial indicators, feeler gauges, and depth micrometers
General tool knowledge and capable of using torque wrenches to specified specification
Problem solving skills
Self-motivated with high attention to detail required
Ability to work independently or as a team
Must be able to operate a forklift
