Piper Companies is seeking a Clinical Trial Specialist (TMF) to support a well-established CRO in Bethesda, MD. This role is hybrid and will play a key role in supporting clinical trial operations by ensuring the TMF is accurate, compliant and audit-ready.

Responsibilities

Maintain, organize, and monitor eTMF content for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
Perform routine quality checks and provide TMF metrics and status reports to internal teams and sponsors
Ensure timely filing, retrieval, and delivery of clinical trial documents
Support audit and inspection readiness activities
Contribute to updates of SOPs, work instructions, and training materials related to TMF processes
Serve as a point of contact for TMF‑related questions and collaborate across study teams

TMF experienceVeeva VaultETMFClinical trial documentationBachelor’s degree in scienceDatabase experienceSoft skills

Required

1+ years of TMF (Trial Master File) experience working for a CRO, research institution of academia
Experience maintaining and uploading clinical trial documentation
Prior experience working for a CRO, or pharmaceutical organization
Strong database experience in Veeva Vault, eTMF, RedCap, Medidata, etc
Bachelor's degree in science related field
