$120K/yr - $145K/yr360X Staffing is hiring a Civil Superintendent to lead field execution on large-scale solar and BESS projects across the U.S. This role oversees civil and mechanical site activities, heavy equipment operations, subcontractors, safety, QA/QC, and daily production.

Responsibilities
Earthwork, grading, roads, drainage, and stormwater/erosion control
Underground utilities, trenching, conduit, and backfill
Concrete pads, foundations, and site prep
Heavy equipment operations (dozers, excavators, graders, loaders)
Mechanical coordination (racking, foundations, trackers, hand-offs)
Subcontractor management, labor planning, daily/weekly scheduling
Safety enforcement, reporting, SWPPP compliance
Quality checks, inspections, density testing, redlines, and punch list
Qualification
Required
Civil construction experience: Renewables, power, industrial, heavy civil, or large commercial
Strong earthwork, underground, and site-prep background
Experience leading large crews and subcontractors
Ability to read civil plans, SWPPP, grading sheets, and geotechnical reports
