Customer Care Specialist - West Allis

Responsibilities
Respond to customer calls and emails, providing support for account access and website functionality
Address and resolve customer inquiries, escalating issues as needed
Log and track customer interactions, preparing reports for supervisory review
Assist customers with online account enrollments and maintain accurate website rates
Perform follow-ups for unresolved customer concerns
Provide backup support for other departments and assist with special projects
Handle reception calls and manage interoffice mail distribution
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of banking experience or 1 year in customer service at Tri City National Bank
Strong knowledge of banking systems, digital banking, and products including deposit, loan, and cardbase operations
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on empathy and problem-solving
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone demeanor
Basic PC skills, including familiarity with Windows and MS Office
