Customer Service Representative
Sadoff Iron and Metal is a family-owned company that values people and culture. The Customer Service Representative serves as a brand ambassador and is responsible for scheduling the shipping and receiving of loads, coordinating with CDL drivers and outside haulers to meet customer requirements while maintaining a positive team culture.

Responsibilities
Serve as a Sadoff Brand Ambassador by being the first contact for customers
Schedule the shipping and receiving of loads in and out of Wisconsin facilities
Efficiently coordinate and schedule Company CDL drivers and outside haulers to meet delivery and pickup requirements
Maintain a positive and productive team culture through driver leadership and supervision
Lead, manage and support a team of CDL drivers, including coaching and performance feedback
Facilitate timely, professional, and effective communication with internal teams and customers
Perform computer and data entry tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
Qualification
