Conducting property inspections throughout New Jersey
Producing USPAP-compliant, litigation-ready appraisal reports
Handling complex residential and commercial valuation assignments
Collaborating with our internal team to meet deadlines and maintain NJREAG’s quality standards
Qualification
Required
Active Certified General Appraiser license in New Jersey
Strong working knowledge of USPAP and NJ-specific appraisal regulations
Proven experience with commercial and complex residential properties
Background producing reports used in legal, financial, or contested settings
Proficiency with appraisal software (ACI, TOTAL, or commercial platforms) and market data sources (MLS, CoStar)
Excellent time management and organizational discipline
Reliable transportation for inspections and a professional home office setup
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field
