Responsibilities

Ensures compliance with insurance industry regulations and internal policies
Oversees the preparation of detailed design specifications for product enhancements within their insurance product portfolio, ensuring alignment with product strategy
Provides business training on existing insurance products as well as training on product changes; Provides subject matter expertise and consultation for product management
Leads market analysis and competitor analysis, providing insights for strategic decision-making
Other duties as assigned or requested

Required

5 years of relevant experience in product management or a related field within the insurance industry
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Healthcare Administration or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and mentor team members
In-depth understanding of product management principles and methodologies within the insurance sector
