Responsibilities
Repairs on toilet facilities including soap dispensers
Repairs on registers and radiators
Replacement of lamps and cleaning of light fixtures
Removing ceiling tile
Minor repairs on furniture and floors
Maintaining and/or replacing door hardware
Repair of floor maintenance equipment and venetian blinds
Maintenance painting in equipment rooms, cooling towers, and other building facilities
Replacement of air filters in the HVAC equipment
General cleaning in mechanical spaces and perimeter induction units
Cleanup of equipment in engine room and shop
Miscellaneous handy work requiring the limited use of hand tools
Replace fire extinguishers when needed
Cleaning of air vents and roof drains
Qualification
Required
Membership in Union Local 39: Must be an active union member and in good standing
Proficiency in Tasks under Duties i1–i14: Demonstrated ability to perform light maintenance, repairs, and cleaning outlined in these duties
Preferred
Military Occupational Specialty Code: 91B, 91X, 91L, 94H, MM, EM, MK, 1341, 1169, 2A6X1, 3E0X1
