Required

Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, or related field required

Preferred

Bilingual preferred (English + Spanish/Portuguese)
ACKMP Certifications with Knowledge Management or ServiceNow (i.e. Certified KM Professional (CPKM®), Specialist (CKMS®), or Auditor (CKMA®)
