CRM Executive (social casino)
Niya SG is an iGaming company focused on player engagement and retention. The CRM Executive will be responsible for executing CRM campaigns and customer lifecycle activities to drive player engagement and ensure campaigns are personalized and performance-driven.
Responsibilities
Execute CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, in-app/onsite messaging)
Build and schedule campaigns based on promotional calendars and strategic priorities
Segment player databases using behavior, lifecycle stage, and value metrics to maximize engagement and ROI
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and analytics teams to align CRM efforts with brand goals
Ensure tracking, QA, deliverability, and audience hygiene for all CRM sends
Support loyalty and retention initiatives, including sweepstakes mechanics and tiered reward activations
Use CRM tools (e.g., Smartico) to automate journeys and optimize personalization
Maintain documentation of workflows, SOPs, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in CRM execution within iGaming, RMG/sweepstakes
Strong understanding of CRM campaign creation, segmentation, and performance analysis
Excellent communication and project prioritization skills
Confident using data and analytics to inform decisions
Comfortable working independently as a self-employed contractor
Preferred
Experience with Smartico (or similar CRM platforms) — automation, journey building, audience segmentation
Familiarity with sweepstakes mechanisms and player lifecycle strategies
Knowledge of deliverability best practices and CRM analytics tools
