Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and fine-tune CNC and/or manual mills and lathes
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to define machining requirements
Inspect and verify parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools
Monitor machine performance; adjust feeds, speeds, and offsets to maintain quality standards
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
Collaborate with engineers and programmers to improve machining processes and efficiency
Maintain a clean, organized area and follow all safety protocols
Complete production documentation and keep accurate job records
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience in machining (CNC and/or manual)
Ability to set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and/or manual machines
Proficiency with measurement tools: calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset
Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
Comfort working independently and on a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Familiarity with G-code programming is a plus (not required)
