Play a key role in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions
Support top attorneys in deals for leading real estate developers, investors, and major landlords/tenants
Support complex finance and lending transactions with confidence
Qualification
Required
6+ years of commercial real estate finance experience
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Outstanding references required
Preferred
Recent experience supporting the commercial real estate finance group of a large corporate law firm or a commercial real estate boutique firm is strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred
