Manage relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure compliance with employment and labor laws
Provide bilingual support to candidates and team members as needed, enhancing customer service interactions
Qualification
Required
BILINGUAL (Spanish/English) required
