Director/ExecutiveBloom is a multi-state cannabis brand with a growing national footprint, seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Head of Finance to join their leadership team. This key executive role involves overseeing all financial operations and guiding strategic decisions in a fast-paced, highly regulated industry.

Responsibilities
Lead monthly close and prepare summary reports for executive leadership and the board
Own monthly and annual financial forecasts, aligning with strategic growth plans
Provide weekly visibility into budget adherence and cash flow tracking across the organization
Oversee AR/AP processes and ensure accurate financial records
Assist with due diligence, investor relations, and potential acquisitions
Support CPA with tax filings and manage annual financial reviews and audits. 280E requirement
Maintain and organize the company’s data room and financial records
Run payroll and manage relationships with third-party HR providers
Ensure all city, state, and federal business and cannabis licenses remain active and compliant
Qualification
Required
A financial leader with strong operational skills and a bias toward action
Comfortable navigating the complexities of a regulated industry (cannabis experience is a plus, but not required)
Able to communicate effectively with executives, investors, and partners
Obsessed with detail, timelines, and continuous improvement
Eager to grow in a growing industry
