Pennrose is seeking a Financial Reporting Intern to provide administrative and analytical support to the Accounting and Finance Department. The intern will work closely with the Financial Reporting Manager and Investment Accountant, assisting with various financial reporting tasks and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide support to financial reporting function as needed to respond to underwriting requests
Support Investment Accounting team with preparation of workpapers for annual tax returns and assist with processing of completed tax returns
Collaborate on enterprise reporting and gathering of project data and information
Assist with ongoing compliance of Corporate Transparency Act and Beneficial Ownership Information reporting requirements
Coordinate the storage and organization of legal entity data and information in DealPath software system
Assist with accounting department special projects and other related duties as may be assigned

Accounting, Finance, or Business-related major required
Overall GPA of 3.0 or above
