Responsibilities

Perform quantity takeoffs, material pricing, labor modeling, and develop accurate bids
Lead estimating on design-build, design-assist, and plan/spec delivery projects
Work closely with project management and field operations during planning and handoff
Participate in site walks, pre-bid meetings, and build relationships with GCs and suppliers
Mentor junior estimators and help refine preconstruction and estimating processes

Required

7+ years of electrical estimating experience focused on commercial new construction
Advanced proficiency with Accubid or similar software platforms (ConEst, Trimble, etc.)
Strong knowledge of NEC code, commercial electrical systems, and construction methods
Perform quantity takeoffs, material pricing, labor modeling, and develop accurate bids
Lead estimating on design-build, design-assist, and plan/spec delivery projects
Work closely with project management and field operations during planning and handoff
Participate in site walks, pre-bid meetings, and build relationships with GCs and suppliers
Mentor junior estimators and help refine preconstruction and estimating processes
