Creative Operations Project Manager, VM & Digital – Beauty
24 Seven Talent is seeking a freelance Creative Operations Project Manager to support an innovative organization in the beauty/ skincare and medical aesthetics industry. In this role, you will act as the operational backbone for creative initiatives spanning visual merchandising, digital campaigns, photoshoots, social content, and video post-production.

Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end coordination of VM asset development, including in-office displays, clinic materials, event signage, and seasonal refreshes for aesthetic practices and medical partners
Manage timelines and deliverables for events, pop-ups, conferences, and trade show experiences, ensuring all branded environments are fully supported with on-brief assets
Provide teams with accurate mechanicals, templates, production specs, and routing paths; track approvals from initial concept to final release
Maintain an integrated VM and event calendar aligned to product launches, medical education initiatives, and broader omnichannel campaigns
Coordinate production of organic and paid social content (stills, motion, reels, and educational content) to support HCP, practice, and consumer-facing channels
Track brief intake, asset lists, creative revisions, and approvals to ensure content meets brand, regulatory, and compliance requirements
Partner with social, brand, and creative teams to align posting schedules, deliver files on time, and maintain visibility into upcoming content needs
Manage post-production timelines for educational, campaign, testimonial, and social video content, including edit rounds, sound mixes, graphics, and subtitling
Consolidate feedback from stakeholders (creative, brand, medical, legal, and regulatory where applicable) and route notes efficiently to editors
Coordinate with internal editors and external post-production partners, ensuring all deliverables and versions are documented and tracked
Support planning and execution of brand and product photoshoots that serve multiplatform needs (web, CRM, VM, social, and sales enablement tools)
Lead pre-production logistics including product and sample pulls, prop sourcing, schedules, call sheets, talent and location coordination, and shot list organization
Track all production milestones from pre-pro through final asset delivery, ensuring on-time approvals and alignment with launch dates
Collaborate with internal creative teams, producers, agencies, and freelance photographers/stylists to capture required coverage
Coordinate creation and adaptation of digital assets across web, email, paid media, social, and practice support portals
Maintain visibility into channel-specific requirements (sizes, formats, copy limits, regulatory considerations) and ensure assets are delivered accordingly
Facilitate communication between creative, brand marketing, demand generation, medical education, and field teams to align deliverables and timelines
Own centralized organization of VM, digital, social, and video assets, maintaining rigorous version control and clear documentation of usage rights
Ensure final assets are correctly named, formatted, and distributed to appropriate teams, partners, and platforms
Keep project management tools up to date with tasks, owners, dependencies, and statuses, providing accurate visibility for leadership
Prepare weekly status reports, meeting agendas, recaps, and action logs to maintain alignment across teams and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in creative operations, project management, visual merchandising coordination, production, or content workflows (experience in beauty, healthcare, medical aesthetics, or consumer goods strongly preferred)
Proven understanding of VM, production, and digital asset workflows from brief to delivery
Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency with project management and review tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Frame.io, or similar) and familiarity with digital asset management systems
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
