Responsibilities
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define performance requirements, KPIs, and success criteria for ERP/CRM applications
Design, develop, and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter / Blazemeter (mandatory) and LoadRunner / StormRunner (good to have) to simulate real‑world user loads
Create production‑like workload models and customize test scenarios to reflect realistic user behavior and peak load conditions
Execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests, monitoring system behavior and application health under various load conditions
Analyze performance metrics using APM tools such as Datadog, AppInsights, and Grafana to identify bottlenecks and performance issues
Prepare detailed performance test reports, provide actionable recommendations, and work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to drive performance improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field
4–6 years of professional experience in performance testing and performance engineering for enterprise applications
Strong hands‑on expertise with performance testing tools such as JMeter and Blazemeter (mandatory), with exposure to LoadRunner/StormRunner
Experience using APM tools (Datadog, AppInsights, Grafana) to analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable optimization recommendations, with familiarity in cloud environments (Azure preferred)
