Process incoming checks and post payments accurately
Research and resolve checks that lack sufficient information to determine proper allocation
Allocate funds appropriately across accounts and transactions
Collaborate with attorneys or other stakeholders to verify payment recipients when necessary
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and timeliness
Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts to resolve discrepancies
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Preferred
Some experience in accounts receivable or related financial processes
Open to entry level candidates but need to have strong communication and technology skills
