Responsibilities
Provide basic animation, motion graphics, and video support, including content creation
Perform video production, editing, and post-production using Adobe After Effects/Premiere Pro
Support marketing initiatives by shooting and editing video for promotions and press releases
Design and develop layouts for printed, digital, and video assets as assigned
Create, package, and review approved artwork with print vendors to ensure quality print production
Knowledge of print production processes and vendor coordination
Collaborate with project managers and print vendors to meet qualitative and regulatory requirements
Create advanced digital/social media assets (e.g., GIFs, Instagram, Facebook content)
Produce animated graphics for social media and digital displays
Work with Brightstar technology teams on game support as needed (mock-ups, logos, animated graphics, play slips, etc.)
Strong collaboration skills for cross-functional projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Art, Photography, Illustrative Artwork, or Video Production from an accredited institution
5–10 years of experience in graphic design and multimedia production preferred
Strong skills in video editing and motion graphics using After Effects and Premiere Pro
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign for design and layout
Experience with advanced print techniques and special projects (e.g., brochures, newsletters) preferred
Basic knowledge of digital and web design is a plus
